Visit to New Bond Street to get first impressions of the stores. We had to think about how we felt when we walked into the shop, how we were greeted, what kind of impression the store left on us, who was shopping in there, did it reflect the brand well, did it make us want to spend?

It is worth comparing the shops with the current advertising campaigns because a new shop should symbolise the brand's current direction and image.
